Bonjour Everyone!
D's Last Post Inspired Me To Write This Post. I Haven't Been Feeling Inspired Lately. I Think I'm Just At A Junction In My Life Where I Don't Know What I'm Doing. I Like To Think I Have An Idea Of Who I Am And What I Want, But When People Ask Me What I Want, I Freeze Up. I Don't Think They Really Care, They Just Ask So They Can Tell You About Their Life Goals And Criticize Your Lack Of Ambition. I Have Ambition. I May Not Know What I Want To Do In Life, But I Know I Don't Want To Be Stuck In A Job I'm Going To Hate 4 Or 5 Years Down The Line.
I Just Want To Do What Makes Me Happy.
YouTube Makes Me Happy. I'm Trying To Work Up The Nerve To Post Videos Of Dayna And I. We Are Even Thinking Of Starting A Web Show Of Our Own! So Excited!! I Admire So Many People On YouTube And Most Of Them Are Cosplay Groups. Unfortunately, I Live In An Area With People Who Do Not Cosplay And Have Never Even Heard Of This One Web Comic Called Homestuck. That's Why I'm Glad To Know Dayna. She Listens To My Cosplay Ramblings Even When She Has No Idea What I'm Even Talking About.
Writing Also Makes Me Happy. I've Written A Few Fanfics And I'm Working On Some Original Stories, But I'm Not One To Plan Out Writing. I Get An Idea In My Head And I Put Down The Main Idea, But The Details Are A Little Harder And It Could Take Me Hours Just To Get Through One Little Scene, But I Love It Just The Same When I Get Great Feedback On A Piece That Took Me Hours To Get Right. :)
Music Makes Me Happy. I Could Listen To Music All Day And Never Be Sick Of It. I Would Be Lost Without Music. I Think I'm Something Of A Shopaholic Because I Constantly Want To Buy Songs To Add To My iPod. I Could Spend Most Of That $25 Dollar iTunes Card Within A Day And A Half. If There's A Song And I Want It, You Better Get Out Of My Way Because I Will Have That Song On My Device. (I Get Crazy When It Comes To Music, As You Can Probably Tell.)
My Old Boss From My First Job At A Local Retail Store Constantly Told Me That I Was So Smart And I Could Really Make A Difference And That I Could Do Anything I Set My Mind To. She Encouraged Me When Everyone Else Seemed Content With Shoving Their Agenda Down My Throat.
(I Really Love Her. She's More Like A Cooler, Older Sister Than A Employer. I Was Lucky. We Had Some Really Fun And Interesting Conversations When I Worked There.)
So, Okay...
I Don't Know What I Want To Do In The Future. I Want To Do A Lot Of Things, But Hearing People Tell You That You Need To Get A Life When You Talk About The Things You Like Really Hurts. It Feels Like No One Cares About What You Want. I'm Young And, Yes, Maybe I Do Spend More Time In A Fantasy World Than Real Life, But With All The Events Going On Around The World, I Think That's Enough To Send Anyone Into Their Make-Believe World.
....
Wow, I Really Ramble Sometimes. Okay, I'm Finished. I Hope This Rant Inspires You Wonderful Readers As Dayna's Post Inspired Me.
Or Dayna's Post Inspires You As It Inspired Me.
Later Days,
K
